Designer’s Pick Summer Blog Hop 2022

Free crochet pattern lovers, I am happy to tell you that it’s that time of year again… the Designer’s Pick summer blog hop is upon us again (cue loud cheering, flag waving and glasses raising!)

Are you ready for a month of free PDF crochet patterns which are perfect for the summer?

The Designer’s Pick Summer Blog hop is hosted by 3 awesome crochet designers, Hanna from HanJan crochet, RaeLynn from Itching for some Stitching and Sarah from Ned and Mimi.

It’s a fantastic crochet event consisting of 3 parts:

• The Blog Hop
• The Pattern Bundle
• The Giveaways

Lets take a look at each of those so you can see what you get…

The Summer Blog Hop

Every day from June 1st to July 3rd 2022, you can download an awesome free summer PDF crochet pattern for free from one of the talented designers involved with the event.

You can also purchase all 33 patterns in a heavily discounted bundle (which is available from May 31st)

How to claim your free PDF pattern each day

Here’s how you do it:

1. Visit the blog hop home page

The key is following the instructions on the blog hop round up page – that will always have the most up to date information. The blog hop is being hosted across 3 pages over different dates:

• June 1st – 11th: Ned and Mimi
• June 12th – 22nd: HanJan Crochet
• June 23rd – July 3rd: Itching for some Stitchin

2. Click the link to that day’s designer and free pattern

3. Find the discount code or instructions for that day’s download and follow the guidance given to download your pattern. (This may be a ravelry code or a direct link to the download)

That’s it!

You can do this each day or just on the days where you see a pattern you want.

If the daily downloads aren’t for you, you can purchase a bundle for all the crochet patterns together at a heavily discounted price.

The Summer Crochet Pattern Bundle

The bundle includes all 33 patterns included in the blog hop at less than 10% of the cost of purchasing them separately.

That works out at about $0.38 or 28 pence a pattern if you’re in the UK. If that sounds like a bargain to use, and a small price to pay for completing the daily downloads, then you can purchase the bundle here.
