This lovely cosy winter sweater is perfect to pair with skinny jeans, long skirts or over the top of a jumpsuit when you need something extra!
The sweater combines a wide cropped body with closer fitting sleeves, so it will still fit under your coat, and a cosy roll neck to keep the wind at bay.
I named this crochet pattern the Studio Scoodie because the texture reminded me of that egg box type sound proofing on studio walls. It is a super warm scoodie (scarf with a hood) without that sharp angle at the back of your head. The soft curved hood is what brings a unique finish to this scoodie. It’s extra long and you can also turn it round and wear it draped like a shawl over the shoulders or with the hood around the front to give you a bit of extra warmth. I love it’s versatility!
I have classed this scoodie as advanced beginner / intermediate. It involves a simple stitch repeat with some decreases. All stitches are explained fully in the pattern.
